Remember when I was talking about how I felt like something was being revealed to me, by way of little clues about the ship and saxman and stuff? Well, here’s a doozie.
Last night I went out for dinner with my roommate Tamara, her mom Maureen (affectionately referred to as “Moe” – I love that!), her sister Renee and her brother-in-law, Renee’s husband, Scott. It was Tamara’s birthday, so we went to Asteria on the Danforth for Greek food. We chatted away while we waited for our dinner, and at one point Renee asked me where I had waitressed before. So I told her Casey’s, The Wave, the ship… She didn’t know I had worked on the cruise ship.
Then Scott, who has a music degree, a saxaphone player himself, said, “Yeah, I got a call last week from this agency that wants me to come play sax for them, Pro-ship Entertainment.”
Pro-ship is the agency that hired saxman. So it seems they are calling Scott for saxman’s job when his contract is up. What do you think the odds are that my upstairs neighbour would be called for the contract that saxman is just finishing?
WHAT’S THE UNIVERSE TRYING TO TELL ME?
Hmmmm?
