Today is one of the first days it really feels like fall is upon us here in Toronto. Driving up the Don Valley Parkway this morning, I noticed that some of the leaves on the trees are beginning to turn colour. There was a foggy mist over the grass on the sides of the highway, untouched yet by the sun. And a flock of Canadian geese flew over the highway, quite low. On Saturday I am planning on spending some time outside playing in the dirt, maybe planting some bulbs, and buying a pumpkin for the front porch.
I almost forgot, the Toronto Maple Leafs season opener is tonight, they’re playing Pittsburgh. GO LEAFS GO!
