Autumn is Officially Here

Today has been so lovely so far, I just thought I’d share. (Incidentally, I have a computer at home, now, so I won’t be posting from work anymore. Also, we have a scanner so I should be adding some new pictures to the Photo Gallery shortly.) I dropped saxman off over at his sister’s this morning after having cheddar herb bagels with cucumber lite cream cheese for breakfast with coffee over the paper. Then I stopped off at Shopper’s Drug Mart for a few things, Thanksgiving cards for the family, and some other stuff. Then I went over to the garden centre in my neighbourhood and picked up a few things: icicle pansies, a couple of pumpkins, three pumpkin gourds, and a little orangey-brown mum. Then I puttered around the house and outside, planted the pansies and swept up, made the porch all fallish, with the pumpkins and the mum out front. It looks really nice. This afternoon we’ll be having dinner at my Dad’s, and then tomorrow at Mom’s. Mmmmm, turkey… What’s everybody else doing for Thanksgiving? (Americans excepted, you’ll get to share Thanksgiving stuff in a month or so. Giggle.)
