There seems to be a lot of this sort of discussion around these days. Since Francoise Ducros, Chrétien’s spokesperson, was overheard calling George W. Bush “a moron”, the frequency has increased. (Although it was indeed moronic of her to say this in a room full of reporters, it was also apparent she thought this was common knowledge.)
