The Restaurant

I just finished watching NBC’s new reality program, “The Restaurant“, a show that follows along with the planning, construction and launch of an upscale Manhattan dining establishment. It was a refreshing change to the usual dose of pseudo-reality that is served up on the networks these days. I highly recommend watching it, especially if you’ve ever worked in a restaurant or bar. I know I’ll be following along faithfully. Read a review here.
