A New Year

Well, the new year is here and I feel great. I am starting to feel that kind of contentment that comes with having a job and home you love and people around you to care about. For once I’m not stressing over what is coming in the next little while. Well, maybe a little bit, but for the most part things are low-stress these days. I’ve been working so many hours at the ACC, but I really love getting up every morning and going there. I feel really lucky. I am doing my best to keep learning new aspects of the business and make myself valuable so that if some changes take place with management at the end of the season, I may be considered to fill those shoes. Plus, I’m making friends with someone new at work…and it’s intriguing. I don’t want to say anymore just yet for fear of jinxing it. Rest assured, if anything worthwhile happens I’ll fill you in!
