Fahrenheit 9/11

We knew somebody would bring it up so I might as well…who’s seen it? My roommate and I went to the 3:45 pm show on opening day, Friday and I have to say that whether you agree with what Michael Moore has to say about George W. Bush or not (just to be fair, I’ve added a link to his “official re-election” site), it is a powerful film and it left me in tears…not just tears of sadness, but tears of frustration at having such a lack of understanding of what is going on in the world today. It also made me extremely happy and proud to be Canadian. (I most certainly will not be voting Conservative in tomorrow’s federal election, although I had decided that long before Friday’s viewing.)
