I brought a lot of my things to Bowmanville today, including the rest of my houseplants. My bedroom in Toronto is pretty much bare. All that’s left is some summer clothes in the closet, my bed, easychair and dresser. I haven’t moved any big pieces of furniture yet. They’ll be the last to go. Same with my books (I have quite a few and everyone knows books are heavy to move).
Graham came by the house and brought some stuff in his car, too. My tv, dvd player, bookshelf stereo unit, pictures from the wall…they’re all here! It’s nice to see more of my things about the house here.
Mom is coming by tomorrow to see where I’m living now. I’m sure she’ll like the house. It’ll be so great when we get it all painted the way we like!
Off to do some unpacking…
