Happy Fall!

Today is the first full day of autumn in 2005 and it certainly does feel exactly like a fall day should feel. It arrived officially yesterday at 6:23 pm. I really get the urge to make changes at this time of year. Last night we made some changes in the house, moving some furniture around in preparation of painting before Thanksgiving.

I also gave the ‘ol blog a new look and feel today. I like it better like this. I was getting sick of that same old “ochre” colour.

This evening I’m going to Dad & Heather’s as Heather’s hosting a “Home Interiors” party which is like a Tupperware™ party except the items for sale are decorative things for the home. Should be fun. I’ll be seeing Paula’s mum, Jeannette, and hopefully Paula, too. My two friends Kolleen and Vicki, who are both in our wedding party, will probably come, too. Maybe I’ll be able to pick up a couple of Christmas presents.

I have a feeling Saturday will be a “do things around the house” day, since the basement is a mess after last night’s furniture relocation.

On Sunday Graham and I are going to see a potential wedding ceremony site, known cheesily as “Perfect Little Moments“. It does look beautiful, though. Afterward we’re having supper with Dad & Heather, which will be fun because we haven’t spent much time together with them in awhile.

It’ll be Monday again before I know it.
