This year’s Christmas treat seems to be fudge. I love to make it. I think it’s because no baking is required. A few days ago I made Peanut Butter Fudge. Last night I made Toblerone Fudge, but with a white chocolate Toblerone bar. Today I made a regular chocolate fudge with walnuts. What a workout! Stirring in the marshmallows was hard work. That’s some thick stuff. It’ll look pretty to have an assortment to give to our families.
