Tuesday: Greek Salad with Souvlaki
Wednesday: Beef Stroganoff (crock pot)
Thursday: Spaghetti & Meatballs (recipe for meatballs from Everyday Food magazine)
Friday: Lentil Soup with Garlic Bread
I shopped today for everything we’d need for the week’s cooking. Let’s see how long I can stay on track!
