Menu, Week #2

Last week’s menu plan was a complete success! The stress was completely gone from trying to “figure out” what to eat for dinner. Graham loved that he always had some leftovers to take for lunch the next day, too.

This week, here’s the plan:

Monday: Chili (Crockpot…I have my Psych. course tonight so I won’t be home to make dinner. This way it’ll be ready when Graham gets home.)

Tuesday: Dijon Pork Chops (also in the crock pot)

Wednesday: Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad

Thursday: Penne with Sausage and Peppers

Friday: Sloppy Joes (We love these when you add sauteed mushrooms and onions and some herbed havarti on fresh kaisers.)
