Yup, that’s my grade on the Phase I real estate exam!  I’ve registered for Phase II online, which I hope to complete in time to start Phase III in Oshawa on May 8.  It means I’ll have to try to write the exam mid-April in the hopes I’ll get my mark in time to register.
