The Phase II course has been activated online, so I’m on my way! The original date for the exam is scheduled for April 28, but I’m going to try to finish up well in advance of that date so I can write the exam and have it marked in time to register for Phase III Residential in class in Oshawa or Peterborough, which starts on May 8 or 15, respectively.
Also on the real estate front, Graham was talking to a friend of his who is an associate broker and he is willing to meet with me and hire me on as a salesperson with them. There is also a possibility that I could work part-time in their office while I complete my courses and learn on-the-job, too. Sounds like it could be a good arrangement.
