Stunned silence fills my dining room. The upgrade? IT WORKED. I think.
About, oh, three seconds after I downloaded WordPress 2.1.1 a new version was released, and the good people at WP insisted we 2.1.1 users upgrade immediately, if not sooner. I was hoping something like this wouldn’t happen until I had become more well versed in scripting and FTPing. Blogging has brought me a lot of pleasure lately so the possibility of fucking it up made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
I took the plunge this morning and somehow, through some brand of Internet miracle, I didn’t break my blog. Happy dance.
