I sent away for the Dove Blogher stuff that was mentioned in one of the recent newsletters, and it arrived today. Note to Canadians: you’ll be required to pay a $22 cross-border tax upon delivery. Yes, UPS accepts VISA.

See the cuteness?

Inside is a Kodak Funsaver one-time use camera (with flash), a sleeveless t-shirt with the phrase, “Are you sleeveless-ready?” across the boobs, a Chicago visitor’s map & guide (oooh, laminated) and a full-sized Dove “Ultimate Clear” anti-perspirant. Smooth Cashmere, just like your armpits.

P.S. Click here to sign up to receive the kit yourself. If you’re Canadian, you’ll need to send an e-mail request to someone at Dove. I have a contact e-mail address, but because Dove has been so nice to me I won’t post that e-mail address here. Spam prevention, you know. You can e-mail me and I’ll send it to you.

Oh, that’s so cute! I hadn’t actually seen the kit, so thanks for posting pictures.
How’d you find out about this?!? I didn’t see anything about it on the blogher site (although I saw the Dove ad).
So cute! Like Gayla said on your flickr, I, too, am not “sleevless” ready, but I’ll be wearing my Dove shirt!
cute but if dove thinks every body is beautiful why don’t they have extra large tees?
Coooool. But is it worth the 22 bucks for Canadians, d’ya think?

I requested one of the kits about a month ago and never received it. I was very dissapointed in Dove. If they post that an item is free and invite you to try their product and they confirm your info, then they should follow thru and send the items. Why do some get them and others don’t? I like Dove products but this may make me change brands.
