I reeeeallly like this one. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, and I finally found this theme, called “3 Column Relaxation” over here. I’m planning to implement it at Playing in the Dirt, too.
If you are having problems viewing things properly (and if you’re using IE 7, you probably are), then you should either download and begin to use Firefox or else you’ll have to do all kinds of fancy scroll-y work to see these posts.
