FLOP.
Oh, sorry, what? That was the sound of my last post hitting the floor with a dull thud.
But moving on…
For awhile now I’ve wanted to show you the artwork of a friend of mine, Renee Garner.
I met Renee online a few years ago at You Grow Girl. She spoke at my favourite panel at the BlogHer conference, and was sweet enough to bring me one of her prints. This is one of my favourite pieces of hers. I know, the frame just isn’t doing it justice, and I need to have it professionally mounted. I was anxious to at least get it up on the wall, though, so I went ahead with this bargain frame.
Renee’s work is wonderfully light and she often takes her inspiration from nature, in particular, the plant world. She’s currently featured at Domino, and her Etsy shop, Wolfie and the Sneak, is open for business.

That is fun…but yeah, high thee to the frame store, dude.
Sorry about the last post…our phone/internet service miraculously healed itself for the half hour that a technician was at our house, and now has returned to the suckage of the last few weeks.
Mmm…beer and meat on a stick.
Shweet.
