Have you ever tried “perogy pizza?” Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? I mean, COME ON. Potatoes on a pizza? Sour cream on a pizza? With cheese and bacon? Well I’m here to tell you, don’t knock it ’til you try it. And take your heart meds first, obviously.
Restaurant training has been fun, and I’m very glad that the majority of it is over, now. The next few days are “dress rehearsal” and by invite, members of the community will be coming in to eat for free. It’s more practice for the servers.
But enough about this restaurant stuff.

I picked him up the other day and something spooked him and away he went, off of my hand, leaving a few holes in my palm. It’s itching nicely, thank you. Now I’ve always heard that an itchy palm means you’re going to come into some money…
Scratches like that make me fear cat scratch fever.
