Position: Fun Couple
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Flexible schedule. May require some evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to discuss at length any or all of the following topics: power tools, gardening, Canadian Tire sale items, home renovations, the hotness of Peter Krause (not a requirement for male member of couple).
- Make fun of our neighbours, thereby rendering us completely in the right in our knowledge that said neighbours are crazy and thus inappropriate for general carousing and weekend merriment.
- Willingness to travel to nearby cottage and/or camping country considered a plus, but not absolutely required.
- Appreciation for classic rock, indie rock as well as dick & fart jokes.
- Reciprocal home renovation and child/pet care arrangements available upon request.
Responsibilities:
- Basic familiarity with card games including Texas Hold ‘em Poker, Hearts and Euchre.
- Appreciation of fine beverages including Strongbow cider and Schlitz beer. Ability to drink husband under the table is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new skills such as fishing, boating and reading chick-lit on the beach (not a requirement for the male member of the couple).
- Must live within 30 minutes driving distance from our address.
- Understanding of the concept of blogs, blogging, and willingness to appear, either voluntarily or involuntarily in blog posts (some topics may offend).
