I think I need shopping therapy. And when I say “shopping therapy,” I don’t mean that I need to shake off a little tension by purchasing shoes, clothes or pretty little things for the house. I mean that I need somebody to show me again that shopping can be fun.
With all this frugality happening I’ve developed what I fear is an uncurable case of shopper’s guilt. Yesterday I popped into Payless and saw a few of the cutest pairs of shoes I’ve seen in a long time and I left without buying any of them. I mean, LOOK.
I have no idea what I’d wear them with but they sure did look super cute on my feet. Maybe after this weekend I’ll pick them up, if I make some good tips. I mean, they’re just shoes. They’re not crack.

Is everyone watching the new 90210? I’m probably WAY behind on this in blogland, but I have a few observations to make/questions to ask.
1. Shenae Grimes (Annie) has the whitest, straightest, most beautiful teeth I’ve ever seen. And she’s from Canada.
See? TEETH.
2. Did Brenda always have that gap in her teeth?
3. Have we established that Dylan is the father of Kelly’s baby? Because I would really rather Brendan was her baby-daddy.
4. I sure hope we’ll see some other 90210 alumni, that is, other than Nat and Kelly’s drunk mom.
5. Anytime I see I scene featuring Lori Laughlin I think Uncle Jesse is about to enter the room, too.
6. Is anybody sick of hearing the same three lines of that school musical? YEAH.

I’m behind on 90210 but those shoes ARE just like crack!! I need to get a fix!

Yes, Brenda always had that gap and are you noticing that the story line is pretty parrallel to the old show… like i feel like i know what’s going to happen before it happens because it happened all those years ago.
Despite that though, I’m hooked. But I don’t want to be.

I am addicted to 90210. I wish I weren’t because the acting is terrible and the story lines cheesy…but I am.
I didn’t know Brenda had a gap in her teeth either, weird. I HATE that Dylan is the baby daddy and I can’t stand Annie. She smiles ALL THE TIME. Naomi only wears onesie pant suits (most of them look like diapers) and all the girls look anorexic.
That being said…I am addicted.

I’m surprised that Shenae has such white teeth, she must spend a lot of money on bleaching them because she’s a chain smoker. My guess is they are veneers.
Shannen Doherty always had the gap in her teeth, during her early years in hollywood a lot of people wanted to “fix” it, but her parents told her not to, that it made her different. Shannen has been quoted as saying she likes the way she is and doesn’t feel a need to change it, she was raised to have a lot of self confidence.
I’m not sure if they came out and said Dylan is the father, but he has to be, I don’t think Brandon would abandon his kid. Plus, Jason Priestly left 90210 to direct and I doubt he will come back in the new series… Luke Perry has been acting, so he’s more likely to return for that story arc.
All the teenage girls on 90210 are way too skinny.

I don’t watch 90210 because those girls (the high schoolers) frighten me. They weigh a combined total of about 54 pounds and I feel like they’d break if a strong wind blew on set.
