How to create a NaBloPoMo post out of thin air.
Just play with the camera for a few minutes!
Today I had to drive into work for a change, but not to do work. No, my company was offering a flu shot clinic to any employee who wanted one. I’ve had flu shots in past years, but this is the first time in a few that I’ve bothered to get one. I figured that with all of the plates, glasses and half-eaten food I come into contact at the restaurant, my odds of acquiring some nasty germies have increased dramatically.
I forgot about how when you get a needle in your arm, that arm is pretty much useless for the rest of the day. Glad I went for ol’ lefty.

On my way home from work I drove through a blizzard. Then when I got home the sun was out, shining beautifully, puffy clouds dotting the sky cheerily. Half an hour later it was winter outside again. I guess this means I’m going to have to face the reality that summer is over and winter is here. Harrumph.

Somebody had his eye on the dangling camera strap so I snapped a photo. The flash makes kitties look goofy, doesn’t it? The scratch on his nose is courtesy of Farley, who wants nothing to do with his newly nutless little brother.
